Simple drop biscuits with tasty garlic flavor, great for with soups or pasta.
Drop Biscuits are a type of biscuit that do not require you to roll out the dough or cut them with a biscuit cutter.
You simply mix up the dough and drop it onto a baking sheet a muffin scoop or using spoons. I prefer to use a muffin scoop so that I can easy get a consistent size of the biscuits.

To begin, preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly grease it. You could give it a light coat of baking spray or use my Baking Spray Replacement. Alternatively, you can bake your biscuits on a baking stone if you have one.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar, salt, and garlic powder.
Stir those together then add in the melted butter and milk. Stir until just combined.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet or baking stone, using a muffin scoop or tablespoons. If using spoons, be sure to make the biscuits the same size so that they bake evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are lightly golden in spots. Serve warm and Enjoy!
