Make this wonderful small batch of brownies in a cast iron skillet.

Skillet Brownies - small batch baking in a cast iron skillet

Sometimes you want to do a little baking, but you really don’t want a full pan of brownies. This smaller batch will be just right. I baked this in a 10-inch cast iron skillet, but you can use a slightly varying size, you’ll just need to adjust the baking time.

  1. These brownies were divine! I saw the video and made them the same day. I’ve made a lot of homemade brownie recipes and many fall just short of what I’m looking for. These hit the mark and I will make them again.
