I’m very excited that the team has been working with the Beef Checkoff today. I have a house full of carnivores and what better way to satisfy their appetites than with a good steak quesadilla? Whether it is a rich Burgundy Beef stew, a sizzling steak fajita, or a juicy bacon cheeseburger, beef is well loved in this family!!
