Settling into Our New Home
This past week has been incredibly busy. Last weekend we made the final leg of our trip from Tennessee down to Rocket City, USA – aka. Huntsville, Alabama.

After staying two nights in Colorado, one on each end of the state, we continued heading east through Kansas and Missouri.

PCS 2013: Days 14 and 15 | Colorado
On our 14th day of travel, we made it to Colorado! We stayed at the James M. Robb Colorado River State Park.
PCS 2013: Days 11-13 Northern California, Nevada and Utah
Our next leg of the trip took us east through northern California and into Nevada. This was the beautiful Trinity River that we followed along Highway 299 for miles and miles.
PCS 2013: Day 10 – The Magnificent Redwoods
When I last checked in with you all, we were in Oregon, and our next stop, was the magnificent Great Redwood forest.
Whirlpool Canyon, Along the Alaskan Highway
On our drive down the Alcan, we made a stop at Milepost 516 at a small rest stop along side what is called “Whirlpool Canyon.”
